Credit card transactions

Online credit card transactions are made via a secure server. Your credit card number and other details required for the transaction will be encrypted before they are sent over the Internet, so that they cannot be read by anyone else.

Your details will be treated as confidential under the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998

Delivery

• Orders received before 1pm will be dispatched on the same day
• Orders received between 1pm and 5pm will be dispatched on the same day if possible
• Orders received after 5pm will be dispatched on the following day

Number plates will be sent by Royal Mail, which is included in the quoted prices.

Refunds

Number plates will be made up to your specification and charged for at the time of the order. After the number plates have been made, it will not be possible to cancel the order, and the full price will be charged.

However, if any number plates which we supply are defective, or do not comply with your requirements as specified on our order form, they will be replaced for no further charge, or the cost will be refunded.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
